duplicated item(azwraith sword FO FS)

my 2 swords are 5 sockets + 15 FO FS,
after the DC and the lost items, there was a duplicated item, (1 azwraith sword FO FS) sane as the other 1, i tried to put it on, but the time i change my sword, or move the "duplicated"sword back to my inventory i got DC'd.

what should i do?
